The working volume is 30-500 µl per well; total well volume is 700 µl. Non-sterile bulk plates are sealed in zip top bags. Non-sterile plates in sleeves have tamper evident zip top sealing strips. Sterile plates are individually wrapped with easy opening tear strips.
PlateOne deep well plates accept a variety of sealing films and foils. 0.5 mL plates can also be sealed with Micronic Capclusters or Capmats or Greiner Bio-One EVA cap mats. Produced without biocides, processing additives, or other potentially bioactive ingredients. Deep well plates meet standards ANSI/SLAS 1-2004, 3-2004, and 4-2004. Certified free of detectable RNase, DNase, DNA, and pyrogens.
