Upon approval, terms of payment are net 30 days. We accept payment by check, credit card, or electronically through ACH. FOB Ocala, FL; Enfield, CT; or Fresno, CA. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Instructions

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx Ground, or a common carrier unless otherwise requested.

Return of Materials

Call customer service at 1-800-522-8477 as soon as possible. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 15% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders of non-defective products. Non-defective products may only be returned if they are in new condition with no markings on the packaging. All DNAse/RNAse free, sterile, or sealed products must be unopened. Return transportation must be prepaid in every case.

Claims for Damage in Transit

Call customer service at 1-800-522-8477 as soon as the damage is discovered. Keep all of the original packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.

Liability

Our products are intended for use in the laboratory only. Data on products in this catalog is correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. Under no circumstances will USA Scientific be liable for consequential damages arising from the use of its products. USA Scientific is liable exclusively and restrictively to replacing defective products.

Warranty

USA Scientific warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will replace or repair defective products at no cost to you. Please call us at 1-800-522-8477 if you encounter any problems with our products.

Special Offers

Promotional Pricing

Offers on our website or in our brochures are limited to the items and prices listed and are not valid with any other discounts or promotional pricing. Where mix and match buy/get offers are available, the free item must be of equal or lesser value. All offers are void where prohibited by institutional policy.

Promotional Gifts

Offers for free gifts with purchase may be available on a limited time basis. Free gifts must be requested at the time of the qualifying order and are void where prohibited by institutional policy.

Discount Codes and Coupons for Savings on Future Orders

Purchase of specific items may qualify for discount codes (coupons) towards a future purchase. These offers are available for a limited time and not available in combination with any other specials or promotional pricing. They are not available to dealers or 3rd party purchasers and apply to US customers only.

Discount codes cannot be delivered without a valid email address. Coupons and promotional codes may be applied to the purchase of products listed in our current catalog or posted on our website. Repairs, calibration services, custom products or special orders are excluded.

Discount codes may be combined on a single order. The dollar value of an individual code may not be split across multiple orders. Discount codes may not be applied to shipping charges, taxes, or prior purchases. Promotional discount codes are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash.

Promotional discount codes are void if taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law or institutional policy. No refunds or credits will be given for whole or partially unused coupons or promotional codes. Refunds for returned merchandise may be subject to adjustments.

Only discount codes or coupon codes issued by USA Scientific qualify for redemption. USA Scientific has no obligation to accept coupons falsely issued by other parties or by online coupon websites, or by any parties acting outside of the authority of USA Scientific.

Compliance

Distributors, agents, and resellers of our products will comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the U.K. Bribery Act, and any applicable national and local anti-corruption laws of any country, including laws enacted to comply with the UN Convention Against Corruption and the OECD Convention (collectively "Antibribery Laws").

Export Control and Sanction Law

USA Scientific has not and will not sell or export any products, technology, or services in violation of US, EU, or other applicable export controls or sanctions laws, including by selling goods or services without the necessary licenses or in violation of license conditions, selling to prohibited countries or end-users, or selling products for prohibited end-uses, such as the development of weapons of mass destruction, missiles, or for prohibited nuclear activities.

USA Scientific has not and will not directly or indirectly sell or export any products, technology, or services to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria. Also included are those who are considered a part of the government of those countries, nationals, permanent residents of those countries, or any entity or individual which has been debarred and listed from doing business with them under any relevant jurisdiction.

"Global Customer Survey 2024 Raffle"

1. Organizer

The organizer of the "Global Customer Survey 2024 Raffle" (in the following "Contest") is USA Scientific, Inc., 346 SW 57th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34474, USA, hereinafter referred to as "USA Scientific". By participating in this Contest, participants agree to the following conditions:

1. Participation in the Contest is free of charge and not linked to a purchase obligation and/or use of services. A purchase or use of services will not improve your chances of winning. Mere participation does not entitle a participant to win a prize.

2. This Contest is open only to those who are over the age of 18 and located in the United States of America (USA). The following are excluded from participation: Public officials and those with special public service obligations, employees of USA Scientific or employees of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (including wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons or other persons living in the same household) and any other persons or third party companies entrusted with duties in relation to this Contest.
3. For participation in the Contest, all personal data must be entered truthfully. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted data.
4. Legal representatives, employees of the organizer as well as their relatives and third parties being somehow related to this Contest are excluded from participation.
5. USA Scientific reserves the right to disqualify any individual from the Contest on the grounds of violation of the eligibility requirements. Anyone using illegal means or other manipulation to gain advantage shall also be disqualified. In these cases, prizes can also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed, as necessary. USA Scientific reserves the right to reject submissions at any time without giving reasons; this refers in particular to submissions that are morally, ethically, or legally unacceptable.

3. Contest Period and Description

The Contest begins on September 3, 2024, at 00:01 a.m., and ends on September 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

1. Participation in the Contest is only possible online. To take part in the Contest, participants must answer all questions of the survey "Global Customer Survey 2024" carried out by the external market research agency Kantar TNS for USA Scientific. After answering all questions, participants can click on a link to open a separate raffle website. All participants that have answered all questions, provided their name, language and email address in the respective fields and accepted these Terms and Conditions participate in the Global Customer Survey 2024 Raffle on the website (successful participation). All participants who successfully participated have the chance to win 1 (in words: one) out of 10 (in words: ten) Uber Eats gift cards worth 50 (in words: fifty) United States Dollar. The gift card can be redeemed on the Uber Eats website. The ten (in words: ten) winners will be randomly selected.
2. The winners will be notified via email within 14 days after the end of the Contest. Organizer will ask the winner to specify his delivery address details for reward delivery purpose.

4. Prizes

1. 10 (in words: ten) randomly selected raffle participants who successfully participated have the chance to win 1 (in words: one) out of 10 (in words: ten) Uber Eats gift cards worth 50 (in words: fifty) United States Dollar.
2. Winners will be asked to enter their contact details (first name, last name, delivery address, and email address).
3. All prizes are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. Winners cannot claim cash payment of the price or exchange of the prize for another item.
4. Prizes are non-transferable; they cannot be transferred to another person, but to the winner.

5. The delivery will be organized by USA Scientific, Inc., Ocala, USA.
6. If delivery of the prize to the winner is not possible, and if it is therefore sent back to the organizer, a new delivery will only be organized on request of the winner. The winner is in default of acceptance and has to bear the costs for the renewed shipment.
7. If the prize cannot be delivered within one month of electronic notification for reasons that lie with the winner, USA Scientific cannot guarantee that the original prize is still available. The winner will then receive a replacement of approximately the same value. The winner will also receive a replacement of approximately the same value: if the original prize is no longer available in the presented design (e.g. due to model change, seasonal limitation, etc.). The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize if they are due to causes that are out of the control of USA Scientific and/or other companies involved in the Contest. If the prize cannot be delivered within three months of electronic notification due to reasons that lie with the winner, the claim to the prize is forfeited. In this case, USA Scientific reserves the right to draw another winner.
8. Delivery is free of charge within the United States of America. Freight costs and customs that may incur in addition must be borne by the winner. In this case, the seat of the organizer remains the place of performance.

5. Compliance

The prizes as specified in 4. are company-initiated benefits based on participation in the Contest. The winner is responsible for verifying whether he or she is permitted to accept this benefit in accordance with the internal compliance or anti-corruption rules of his or her company. Stricter rules regarding the acceptance of benefits may exist for public officials. These are also responsible for verifying whether or not they may accept this benefit.

USA Scientific has paid tax on the prize and assumes no responsibility for the conformity of the winner's acceptance of the prize with any compliance rules or special obligations as a public official he or she may be subject to.

6. Publication of Winners and Participants

By participating in the Contest, participants explicitly agree that their names (with the last name abbreviated) and their submitted messages are shown via all USA Scientific’s channels, e.g. Social Media, print brochures, webpages.

7. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Disclaimer

The Contest is promoted on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn via USA Scientific’s accounts. This promotion is not connected with Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn in any way and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. 8. Premature Termination of Contest

USA Scientific reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any point in time without prior notice and without giving reason. USA Scientific will make use of this possibility especially if proper execution of the Contest cannot be ensured due to technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or hard- and/or software errors) or legal issues. If premature termination is caused by a participant's behavior, USA Scientific may claim damages.

9. Rejection of Submitted Data

USA Scientific reserves the right to reject submissions by the participants at any time without giving reasons; this refers in particular to data that is morally, ethically, or politically unacceptable.

10. Data Protection

USA Scientific processes the participant's personal data for the purposes of administering the Contest including, but not limited to, contacting, and announcing the winners and fulfilling the award of the prizes (including delivery). You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g., via email to [email protected]. 11. Liability

Upon delivery of the prize, USA Scientific shall be exempted from all obligations, unless an earlier time results from these provisions.

USA Scientific accepts no responsibility for lost, wrongly delivered, damaged, or illegible participant information, errors, omission, interruptions, deletion, defects or delays in sending data, theft or damage, as well as unauthorized access to or changes in participant details, all technical, network, telephone, electronic, computer, internet, hard- and software disruptions, erroneous transmittance or failed receipt of access information due to technical problems, e.g. internet overload, damage to the participant’s computer and to any other person due to participation in the Contest.

12. Exclusion of Legal Recourse / Applicable Law and Jurisdiction / Invalidity of terms

Legal recourse is excluded. Exclusively the law of the United States of America shall be applicable. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Ocala / USA. In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, either wholly or partly, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected hereby.
