Terms:
Upon approval, terms of payment are net 30 days. We accept payment by check, credit card, or electronically through ACH. FOB Ocala, FL; Enfield, CT; or Woodland, CA. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Instructions:
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx Ground, or a common carrier unless otherwise requested.
Return of Materials:
Call customer service (1-800-522-8477) as soon as possible. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 15% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders of non-defective product. Non-defective products may only be returned if they are in new condition with no markings on the packaging. All DNAse/RNAse free, sterile, or sealed products must be unopened. Return transportation must be prepaid in every case.
Claims for Damage in Transit:
Call customer service (1-800-522-8477) as soon as the damage is discovered. Keep all of the original packaging material until the damage claim is resolved.
Liability:
Our products are intended for use in the laboratory only. Data on products in this catalog is correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. Under no circumstances will USA Scientific be liable for consequential damages arising from the use of its products. USA Scientific is liable exclusively and restrictively to replacing
defective products.
Warranty:
USA Scientific warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will replace or repair defective products at no cost to you. Please call us on our toll free number 1-800-522-8477 if you encounter any problems with our products.

Promotional Pricing
Offers on our website or in our brochures are limited to the items and prices listed and are not valid with any other discounts or promotional pricing. Where mix and match buy/get offers are available, the free item must be of equal or lesser value. All offers are void where prohibited by institutional policy.
Promotional Gifts
Offers for free gifts with purchase may be available on a limited time basis. Free gifts must be requested at the time of the qualifying order and are void where prohibited by institutional policy.
Discount Codes and Coupons for Savings on Future Orders
Purchase of specific items may qualify for discount codes (coupons) towards a future purchase. These offers are available for a limited time and not available in combination with any other specials or promotional pricing. They are not available to dealers or 3rd party purchasers and apply to US customers only.

Discount codes cannot be delivered without a valid email address.

Coupons and promotional codes may be applied to the purchase of products listed in our current catalog or posted on our website. Repairs, calibration services, custom products or special orders are excluded.

Discount codes may be combined on a single order. The dollar value of an individual code may not be split across multiple orders. Discount codes may not be applied to shipping charges, taxes, or prior purchases. Promotional discount codes are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash.

Promotional discount codes are void if taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law or institutional policy. No refunds or credits will be given for whole or partially unused coupons or promotional codes. Refunds for returned merchandise may be subject to adjustments.
