If your ErgoOne pipettor is not operating properly, please call 800-522-8477 and ask to speak with one of our repair specialists. You may also email us. If a user-replaceable part is required, we will provide you with a quote and instructions for replacing the part. We are also happy to walk you through any repairs over the phone.
If you prefer to send your ErgoOne to us, or if the problem requires expert repair service, we will provide you with a quote for replacement parts, labor, or any service fees. We will need to receive your pipettor for evaluation before we can quote any repairs. Also, a completed Service Order and Decontamination Form is required before any pipettor is accepted for service.
Please pack your pipettors carefully to prevent breakage during shipment. Choose a traceable shipping method and insure your package.
