The new Omni THQ digital tissue homogenizer provides extremely accurate and repeatable results in a lightweight, hand-held design. The digital speed selection and display ensures consistent results for a variety of laboratory applications. The THQ is ideal for processing samples from 0.25 ml up to 100 ml.

The THQ features an ultra quiet brushless motor that is virtually maintenance free and uses about 10% of the power required to process 6 samples individually. Unlike brush motors, the THQ motor processing speed varies by a maximum of 0.5% throughout the homogenization cycle, regardless of fluctuations in sample size or sample viscosity.

The THQ operates with Omni Tip™ plastic homogenizer probes, available in both soft tissue and hard tissue versions, which eliminate concerns about cross-contamination between samples. Optional stainless steel generator probes are also available for larger and tougher sample types.

The Omni THQ is ideal for tissue homogenization, emulsions and suspensions, cell disruption, protein extraction and medical research. It can be hand-held or mounted to a lab stand for lengthier processing. Meets CE standards. Three year motor warranty.
